Welcome to Maverick Pizza LTD. We use traditional techniques to create delicious, light Sourdough Pizza in our Gozney Dome & Gozney Roccbox 500C Stonebaked ovens using the highest quality fresh ingredients, carefully sourced from the finest suppliers.

Maverick Pizza can setup anywhere & come to direct to your event, perfect for that magical evening wedding food served buffet style right in front of your guests, we’ve even got a special wedding themed menu. We can cater for any party or birthday to create a food feast for all your family and friends.

Maverick Pizza was formed in 2022 after the owner who fell in love with the creativity and art that is pizza.

As you may have guessed by the name, our favourite movie of all time is Top Gun, closely followed by Top Gun: Maverick and loves all things aviation.

Pop-up and on the spot fired stone baked pizza is a fantastic alternative to a traditional wedding meal or a normal evening buffet. Maverick Pizza have a variety of wedding pizza catering options available to suit a wide range of tastes and budgets.

Maverick Pizza have a number of mobile gas & wood-fired pizza ovens that can be set up almost anywhere along with our pop-up wedding marquees. All pizzas are made up by hand by Team Maverick right in front of your guests, with the pizzas from the ovens to them direct that really adds a touch of magic, and a memory they will never forget on your big day!
